Why Remote-First is Perfect for

Empowering Women

Flexibility: whether its practicality or personal choice, working a full-time 9-5 job isn’t suitable for every woman - especially for mothers and wives. Having the flexibility to your own schedule, choosing when, where, and how much to work, creates opportunities for women who would’ve otherwise been excluded from the job market.

Safety: the occupation of Palestine means that movement is severely restricted. From increasing settler violence, road closures across the West Bank, to the blockage of and genocide in Gaza - having the freedom to work remotely from any location is essential for job security.

Accessibility: a remote-first setup allows us to access and hire women who wouldn’t normally be within our reach. From women living in remote villages to women displaced in Gaza, Cairo, or the West Bank: working remotely means access. Not just to job opportunities, but to international career-building opportunities that all too often are out of reach.
