Members of the organisation demonstrate their support for Palestine through a variety of initiatives, including the remote hiring of Palestinian talent, the mentorship of local entrepreneurs, investments in local businesses, and the execution of donation campaigns. E4P is a global community of entrepreneurs and founders who care deeply about Palestine. It was co-founded by Iva Gumnishka, who has been driving the community from day one, alongside Aileen Sara, CEO of Natakallam.
